Bristol Defendant Solidarity benefit night

Kebele Sound is well chuffed to team up with much respected, old skool ravers, Resistrance and friends for a big night to raise funds for BDS (for more info see http://bristolabc.wordpress.com/defendant-solidarity/), supporting those arrested, charged and imprisoned  after the riots this summer in Bristol. This is going to be a stonker of a night, with one helluva line up of bands and top free party DJs providing rebellious sounds and repetitive beats aplenty! …and it’s a benefit for us! – a well needed one at that!  It’s been another big year for us doing some 40 gigs, 32 of which have been benefits for radical causes. All in all the benefits have helped to raise somewhere in the region of £6.5k for various groups and, more importantly, have helped to create some of the non-commercial social spaces for fun, relaxation & building the connections that keep us going. Here’s to a another year…
